I have been playing BTB for a very long time, and i have a few ideas that will help make HALO 4’S BTB great and Competitive but still fun even for the less diehard BTB fan.
I believe the following factors are key elements for the playlist:
Party Recognition (Parties matching Parties)
Competitive Player will love matching party’s.
IMPLEMENT PARTY RESTRICIONS for party’s of 5 or more
no splitting parties / Keep party’s the same for rematch like in REACH
Equal Distribution of Power Weapons (Map specific)
static spawns, more symmetrical maps
balanced and useful vehicles.
Game types to keep
1-Flag on one sided maps/smaller maps - symmetrical maps ok
Multi Flag CTF - symmetrical maps only - p.s. let us juggle the flag thanks
Neutral Bomb Assault - symmetrical maps only
1 Bomb Assault on one sided maps/ smaller maps - symmetrical maps ok
Territories ok on both one sided maps and symmetrical maps
Big Team Slayer - 100 kills to WIN - symmetrical maps ONLY - keep slayer off one sided maps
BTB Heavy was absolutely amazing in Halo 3.
None of this 200 points thing / JUST 100 kills to win or flag/bomb game types.
Try to build some maps to cater to BTB in HALO 4 -
where we can have some or Halo 4’S BIG TOYS LIKE / Scorpions, Wraiths, Choppers, Banshees and Hornets rolling and flying about.

BTB Stockpile
BTB Headhunter - Is a FFA game type
BTB Elite Slayer - Elites are Not in HALO 4
BTB SWAT
BTB Snipers
A RANKED 8v8 Big Team Battle PLAYLIST WOULD BE AMAZING.
