So I’ve been off halo 5 for a little bit and though I should get back into it after noticing the new maps n weekly mode. and the first 7 matches were just literally filled with spartan company griefs.
staying at our spawn and sniping us down. bombing us down and just basically getting free bunch of unfair kills.
I find it heavily unfair that there’s a team with a bunch of people and team of a bunch of friends, talking to their mates where they’ll spawn, when to kill and when to make it look “Normal” by capping the flag. I find this utter Bull s***.
Also why on earth is most BTB’s CTF’s it’s making the whole camping more common now as the fact the team can’t just spawn in the middle of the map of their ends so we’re stuck getting our spartan skulls penetrated with coordinated teams.
And don’t say “oh well you gotta get better noob” cause trust me, I try my best but in the end. me n the team is just f***ed anyways.

If they are able to get you into the spawn trap then they obviously deserve the kills. Working as a team is a part of halo and if they are successfully getting you into a spawn trap then it isn’t unfair kills they are getting, it is well deserved kills.
However I do understand what u mean, there should be a way to search for other solo player to play against in the search prefrences options. This would allow people to jump on and have a more casual experience in BTB.

Yeah ive had some bad games where my whole team is getting rekt including me, but I dont complain about them, or do I just move on with my life after a bad game?
Sounds like normal complaints for btb. You will run into full teams who just grind for kills and stat pad. Been happening since H2, by much you can do besides just go for kills too at that point.

Issue there is that if I don’t accept the abuse 343 will smash my face with a 17 min ban hammer for leaving so it’s a poison of A: get your -Yoink- rekt’d for the rest of the match or B: get kicked out arena mode for a while.
It’s just kind of forcing you to try fight in a 1 v 8

But it’s not different to when it was Bungie. The ban hammer is harsh in H5, but the grief/farming is the same since H2 like other mentioned
Edit1: By the way it still a 8 v 8 fight, it’s just the enemy team is better. The other 7 are probably struggling as much as you.

Funny cause I did, and I actually encountered more fireteam ganks.
Yea last few times I played BTB it has been a nightmare. I avoid it at all costs.
Inb4 OP wants a fireteam limit for BTB to 4. And then, fireteam limit all the 4v4 playlists to 2.
