I just remembered that in Halo 4, Big Team Battle Heavies was super fun. It was BTB with Scorpions, Mantises, Wraiths, and other vehicles. Also there were Heavy weapons around the map that dropped once in a while? I think. For me, I would want this game type in Halo 5. Or maybe have it in weekends once in a while at least. I also would want Shotty Snipers as a permanent game type.

Yeah. Also I would prefer normal Team Snipers over Shotty Snipes as a permanent playlist but I’ll take either at this point.
Yes. The only place you can really experience vehicle combat is in warzone which requires the use of reqs. I would like to see btb heavies soon. I’m sure people have made maps for it already.
Wouldn’t Warzone Turbo be the equivalent of that? Anyway, it wouldn’t really work on the majority of these BTB maps.
Heavies was the one thing I would play on Halo 4. It needs to return along with Snipers
I’ve been saying this for a while and I wish they had 1 flag ctf in BTB and assault but 343 is ignoring BTB because it can take away the focus of warzone
Btb Heavies was more fun in H3 than 4 IMO but I would still love to see t return.
Heavies in Halo 4 was definitely amazing, I definitely agree with OP on this one. Some other gametypes that I wish would return:
- Community Forge Map Playlist - Action Sack (Husky Raid, Lightning CTF, Ninja Assassins, Medal Madness) - Swat CTF - King of the Hill - Extraction - Dominion (including Lockdown) - Oddball (with the Halo 4 ball, which glows blue) - Ricochet - Regicide in FFA and/or BTB Team RegicideAnybody remember those days when playing Dominion, your opponents captured all the bases and you were on Last Stand? All of your teammates then got wiped out (no more respawn), but with the remaining Overshield left as LAST MAN STANDING, you had to capture a base while surviving against 6 enemy spartans? Then you managed to capture a base and earn that HERO! medal, great times indeed
They should create 1 playlist with all these modes so it won’t thin out the population , it should choose at random what gamemode you will get

I would love some BTB heavies… but they would need to actually make some maps that are vehicle friendly and not the mostly cluttered maps like antifreeze where you can barely operate a ghost.

Yes! Heavies was my preferred play list. We were promised more game modes when the game launched. We’ve really only gotten two, Grifball and Infection. Although those are fun, I’m really not that impressed.
I don’t think Halo 5 will ever see BTB Heavies or BTB developer made maps. And if it does, even more people will have stopped playing at that point.
