Hi everyone.
I have a huge problem with my waypoint: my progression showed in waypoint is not the real progression. I’m Legend, but in the internet version of waypoint my ranking is only Private (but in the xbox waypoint, everything is ok).
So aparently, my xbox account has link problems with the internet waypoint account. The internet waypoint doesn’t update.
And that’s a real problem right now besause i’d like to create personnal challenges, but as the accounts don’t seem to be linked, when i create a challenge on the waypoint website, it does not appear in the xbox waypoint, so i can’t do it!
It’s been a week now and nothing has changed.
So if anyone knows what to do, please help! 
(and sorry if i made mistakes, i’m french)
Just to clarify, you are signed in using the e-mail connected to your Xbox LIVE account?

There was a problem with the e-mail adress, there was a mistake in the xbox account!
The internet waypoint was linked to an old xbox account that doesn’t exist anymore.
So now i associated a new adress to the new account and everything is ok!
That’s what happens when you give a controller to a girl haha you get a fail
