Big problem with High Latency!!!!

On my PC i get a 6ms latency/ping but on my xbox wired connecton 180-260 latency!!!
Any idea how i can fix this?
I am in Bulgaria, Europe.
I have an fiber optic internet

6Mbps Up
0% packet loss
1480 MTU
227 Latency
