Used to have my Halo 2 OG Xbox stats displayed on my profile on this site however, since changing the name of my gamertag it no longer displays my stats at all, which is extremely disappointing.
Just thought I would put the note out there to anyone who used to play Halo 2 back in the day and doesn’t want their stats to disappear from their profile. If anyone from 343 is able to remedy this for me, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks man. So on this site? Like Halo waypoint? I thought it could only keep track on the PC Halo 2?
Sorry OP but due to how Xbox Live profiles used to work and be tied to games, it’s not possible to resync stats from older games to a newer gamertag. Part of this is also because the original XBL servers are no longer operational either. The only way to get those stats back I believe is to go back to your old gamertag.
Regarding Halo 2 Vista/PC, no Waypoint has never had stats for that. It tracked Xbox Halo 2 but only if you used the same GT before XBL switched over and haven’t changed since
Yea it’s a shame. Says I have never played Halo 2 but I definitely have played many matches back in my day.

I had the same problem as you, when I changed gamertag, I had to play all the halo classic to put my states on halowaypoint.

with halo waypoint server, 343i should keep a girlfriend of our states in the halo to avoid these problems.
Yep. Already found that out the hard way unfortunately.
