Between a rock and a hard place.

So my spartan company is basically defunct. None of my teammates are on anymore, and I feel outgunned now if I get on for anything. Not to mention I’m out of the running for the achilles armor which I really want. So what do I do now? Do I join another spartan company and disband mine? What should I do.

Your SC looks barebones to say the least. Your members are all low ranked and haven’t been playing much this season based on the fact that only two of you are ranked. No description. Nothing to set you aprt from other SCs, and based on your current status, your company isn’t going anywhere. It’s hard to run a company-believe me, I’ve done it many times-and without just the right setup all of your members can go inactive in the blink of an eye.

I have a deal for you. It’s one that I took a while ago and haven’t regretted for a second. I am a member of Epsilon Fleet, a hybrid military, competitive, and casual clan all in one. The Fleet has a very strong organizational system that solves all of the problems that companies face-we have an application process to root out those too lazy to push a few buttons, a very effective way of choosing new leaders, we don’t even have to go out of our way to recruit, and everyone can basically fill in their own little niche in the clan-forging, videos, game night hosts, clan wars, just playing the game, whatever.

If you join us, you won’t be bored for a second as long as you can put in a little time getting to meet people and do a couple of other basic things. This applies to your members to, if any of them are willing to follow you. You will not have to worry about recruiting or inactivity unless you want to make it to a high level in the Fleet.

There is an application process at epsilonfleet.com. It’s short, simple, and I will see if you make one. Or if you want to meet some people and see what we are like beforehand, or ask some questions in general, I am always reachable through Xbox Live messages.

Very respectfully,

I sent you a message.
