I always am placed in a team where people leave or are afk. It is annoying when I’m trying to play but am the only player playing on my team.

Yeah, there’s no way of doing so. Try playing with friends or teaming up with randoms from opposing teams
I face the same problem, recently to get credits I just do non matchmaking challenges.
It’s been a thing since reach first came out I doubt 7 Years later they would do something about it. Only solution is to play with friends imo
