So I was playing the holiday social and all it seems to be is slayer, shotty snipers and snipers. I’d be all for the latter 2 having their own playlist, with another playlist having purely social slayer, but for a temporary holiday playlist, how about some fun gamemodes? Things like infection, rocket race, all those fun custom games that did, or even didn’t, get made official in previous games? Kind of like a better action sack.
So I put it to you, the community. What fun gamemodes would you like to be put in a playlist like that?
I just dont like 5v5, thats the main thing for me. I feel Halo has never worked 5v5, even more so now that sprint is a thing.
Oddball! My all-time favorite from the franchise. I believe a version that would be goofy and lighthearted for the holidays would be that Ricochet one from Halo 4. Infection would be fun, and so would Rocket Race! I’d love to see Fiesta, and I think this is on everyone’s minds: GRIFFBALL! It would be perfect for the holiday season.

Joking! I want all the classic gamemodes back. I’ve only played Rocket Race once, but it’s just a bunch of random and flying mongooses. LUV IT.

If gravity hammers made a comeback for grifball I would be so happy! But omg I completely forgot about fiesta, one of my favourite modes, even if half the time I spawned with only plasma pistol, it was great fun. So many good gamemodes they could bring back!

Social Swat or social Slayer Pro (no radar).

Those don’t sound or play like very social gamemodes though. Slayer pro especially is something that should be ranked. The words social and pro together just kinda clash. Plus until they fix the spawning problems on swat, that thing can just rot for all I care

5 on 5 would be great on the bigger maps as well.
There should be a game mode on a huge map where you all have gungooses. The passenger of your gungoose should have a hydra launcher! XD
