I just wanted to know what you guys thought. What if when you pressed up on the D-pad, you performed a 180 degree spin? It’d make it easier to kill someone that snuck up behind you, and would make it more fair for lower-sensitivity user. I tried to get used to 5 sensitivity for about a year, I never did.
For me, 3 sensitivity is too low, and 4 sensitivity is too high. What about if we went in the decimals? It wouldn’t confuse players used to the 1-10 system and it would give players, like me, a good sensitivity to play on.
It would be great if they could add 11,12,13,14 and 15 sensivity. Im already playing on 10 and sometimes its still too slow
I would be alright with decimals, and maybe with higher max (I also play on 10). but I don’t really like the 180 button. If you are constantly being snuck up on you need to watch your motion tracker more. It feels like it would be more like a handicap for newer players than a game enhancing feature (I rarely let myself get snuck up on, and am not even that good of a player).
If it feels like spinning around is too slow, you should work on raising your sensitivity. I used to play on 3 back in the day, but 10 allows you to turn much faster. It will be hard for a while, but id recommend building up slowly, maybe practicing in campaign or firefight if you are worried about getting stomped too hard. Trust me, it will be worth it.
No to the 180 spin. Very much no!!
I don’t want a Spartan/owl hybrid.

I’ve seen 2 players in my halo career that can perform well on 10 sensitivity.
There is a reason the vast majority of pros don’t play over 6/7.

You might need a new controller. Jussayin.

lol no
Controller is fine.
Im playing Battlefield3 on max sens too. And it is faster.
Halo needs more sensivity options.
I don’t like the 180-turn-around idea. It would be just as quick to turn around as it would be to press the up arrow on the d-pad.
I also play on 5 sensitivity, 6 max. Anything higher and it gets too twitchy for me and I can’t aim smoothly.
