Okay so in halo 5 what is stopping people (who are your teamates) from killing you and taking your weapon or just being trolls ? I love halo 5 but I have died so many times by my teammates because I got a power weapon first there is no booting so all I can do is report them which won’t do anything immediate. I really think 343 should add booting to every gamtype ( except griffball once added ) this would make arena so much more fair. If your gonna have friendly fire you have to have booting

Yes, if we don’t have booting, friendly fire would nip the betrayals in the bud. I just played several BTB matches and either I or other teammates was just being Spartan charge repeatedly by one particular player or I was getting shot of the back of a hog because somebody wanted to ride with their BFF.

There’s no boot? Dang I thought there was, I try to get killed twice by the same person so I can kick them. Didn’t realize it wasn’t in the game.

lol I’ve totally been maybe 1 foot away from scoring with the flag in hand, and a teammate runs up and Spartan charges me in the back so he can get the point.
It is really annoying and stupid, but I couldn’t help but laugh when it happens.

Because you do not design a game around how it’s not intended to be played. Players will find ways to grief. If in Breakout players now betray for BRs, then with FF off they’ll simply spartan charge so you fly out of cover.
