So we all know that in past Halos, you’d get those 3 guys rushing the sniper and 1 guy would grab, then the other 2 would maybe shoot him once in anger.
Now, I get betrayed just by standing next to the spawn spot because some goof off who can’t shoot worth crap wants the sniper for his sick montage.
Anyone else noticing a massive spike in pissy teenagers who can’t play the game with a BR and thus betray teammates over and over for power weapons?
Disclaimer: I know this used to happen in previous Halos, but not like this.
Happens once in a while.
This wasn’t a betrayal but literally 6 people showed up to the weapon pad one time to get a chance at the sniper. The dude who got it ran away as soon as he could. Lol.

I think it’s been the same as always. All you can do is report him.
i betray people that run around with the flag and not score

Bumping this thread because this is a huge issue in h5 btb (betrayal team battle).
Yeah this was a small issue in past halos. But you are right, it has never been as bad as it is in halo 5. Ive been betrayed 6 out of my last 8 btb matches today. Last 3 games in a row ive veen betrayed. Usually killed for sniper, but also ill get betrayed for camo.
Its really ruining the fun of btb. Im at a point where if i track a teammate near me i have to watch out for him as if hes on the other team.

It happens so much i feel they need to do something about it. Either 1 betrayal = boot, or make it to where you cant kill teammates.

Totally agree. But One betray boot if no enemies within say 50m. Accidents do happen you know.
