Has this ever happened to anyone. This happened to twice not that long ago, I was mounted on a machine gun and twice I was killed so some noob could detach it. Happened alot to me but it’s getting annoying now.
Well you go report him to xbox… after you DESTROY him take that minigun, put every bullet into his corpse, and then procede with a -Yoink!-.

Nope, never. Hasn’t happened to me in Halo 5 once. Mostly because it’s not out yet, but it didn’t happen in the Beta either.
The other Halo games, on the other hand… Yeah, it happened quite often. Mostly in Reach though.

I’ve been betrayed for a sniper, rockets, laser…but a turret, never. You’re unlucky ahahah.
I never even considered the amount of griefing that will occur in Warzone. Oh god.
What’s even worse is when I start getting shot at for a power weapon I picked up, and I don’t want to deal with it so I drop the power weapon so they can have it… AND THEN THEY KILL ME ANYWAY!! I immediately quit and report after that. I am NOT dealing with that bulls***.
You might have run into the same guy I put with about three weeks ago. He betrayed me probably three times, all for my damn machine gun turret. Eventually he was booted.
If he wanted the gun I would have gladly given it to him if he asked.
I have been having this happen a lot. Hell, last night I had it happen for the needler. Not only that but he continued to do it to everyone. It seems like this is starting to be the norm. 15 games last night 13 times had it happen. I don’t quit when this happens, I follow them dropping their shields so the enemy can kill them. Stops me from getting booted and ruins his game.
dude I hate when people betrayed you for a gun!!, I never do that, I always rush for the sniper in all maps but sometimes theres this noob who betrays me for the gun!! seriously???
Because some people have a little cry when they don’t get what they want and proceed to ruin other peoples experiences because of it. And then they end up getting no kills with the power weapon they betrayed you for. If somebody betrays you on purpose then i believe you have the right to betray him as many times as you want. Retaliating and betraying them back DOES NOT make you just as bad.
This has happened to me, they choose not to wear a mic so when someone thinks he is MLG and didn’t get the sniper, next thing I know and am getting betrayed.
I would say friendly fire should be disabled, but nope–the community wants competitive games, even if it means others should suffer in order to get it.
