i was on red team to on Antifreeze and it start quite well. Someone on our team captured the blue flag and brought it all the the way to our base without dying (good for him). I’m at our base holding off the blue team while our guy brings they’re flag to ours. More and more blues keep coming and I noticed the our guy is just running around the bottom of our base confused how to get up to the next level. I try and show him how to get up there (no mic to communicate), with the blue team hitting us hard and bringing a ghost i was given no choice but to kill him and do it myself. We won the match but I think the guy left. If your reading this flag guy, sorry but it had to be done.
This isn’t Halo Facebook lol. That happens a lot.

It’s alright, what’s not alright is in btb I was betrahed for the flag while waiting to place it because our flag was away. Apparently that person wasn’t paying attention.
I’ve done that before… in my defense, he had already been there for almost a minute without capping, so I believe I did that game a service.
i had a guy teamkilled me the first 10 seconds of a game because i took the splintergrande
he did the first strike within 10 sceconds on his own teamate…

That philosophy sucks! And it’ll eventually get you a ban.
Occasionally it’s needed. Played a CTF tonight where a random on my side had the flag in our base and was ready for the cap, just needed us to reset. I guess he got impatient and decided to trek back to the enemy side. Ended up getting killed, giving them back their flag and we lost because of him. I’d rather have killed him and saved giving up their flag.
I wouldn’t want most of you on my “team”.
Killing a teammate for a score? That sounds wrong. Yeah you might have won, but you betrayed someone while doing so.
It was a crapy thing to do but had no choice. Hopefully he watch what I did and learned how to to do it.

Only recently did I realize you could jump in a vehicle with the flag. I never played CTF before H5 so I didn’t know. I’m sure I got cussed a few times by teammates before realizing it.
Done it many times, for fun (killing my teammate to cap the flag) and out of desperation (killing my dumb teammate that didn’t know how to cap).

Wait you can actually teamkill in arena?
I thought the title was referring to what I experienced once before… A teammate camping in our base, waiting for us to bring in the flag and then purposefully kill the flag carrier so he could get the capture himself.
No pressure from opposing team, nothing like that, just a -Yoink- trying to steal flag captures from teammates.
