as if you achieved something by not betraying someone for 20 hours.
your story cant be 100% true. if the same person betrays you twice in a game you are given the power too kick them out. any less than that and you can’t. if you had really only betrayed them once you couldn’t have been kicked. on top of that, if they really had betrayed you twice, you would’ve been given the option to kick them already.
seems pretty straight forward. not trying to call you a liar or anything, but the booting system has always stayed fairly constant. unless you have video proof, im pretty sure you’re exaggerating.
> I just got booted on my first betrayal in 20 hours of gameplay, for betraying someone who had betrayed me twice that game.

> Could you please give an in depth look at your betrayal booting algorithm, as I assume it is merely a random number generator.

> -Yoink!- you guys, not playing Halo 4 again.
If Halo 4 uses the same system as Reach, it takes into account how much you have been damaging your teammates even if you haven’t been betraying them. So if you hit teammates a lot but haven’t betrayed at all or much, when you finally do betray someone it’s possible that they will be able to boot you. Likewise, if someone almost never hits teammates, sometimes for example they can betray someone twice in a row and they still won’t be bootable, because they have a history of almost never hitting teammates.
How many betrayals had you racked up before you went off for 20 hours? The game keeps a count of how many you have done in previous matches. If you ended up doing 2 in one game, got booted and then did 1 in another, chances are that they will have the option to boot you.
I have played many games in which my teamates have destroyed our bases vehicles or shot them up with me in them which completely unbalances the game.
343 did not advance MP in this direction. It still is irritating and has a simple solution.
> I have never actually seen the boot screen in this game.
I thought it didn’t exist until the first and only time I’ve seen it. Some dude ran me over with a Warthog and I guess he’d been doing that to my teammates for the whole game, but astonishingly, none of them were on purpose lol. So I didn’t boot him but I gave him a few swear words.
