Betrayal booting on lockdown

Beware, rant to follow. Why is it when people get betrayed by a grenade on hectic match types such as lockdown, they feel the need to boot when its clearly an accident. Seriously, on maps like exile, youre in a very enclosed area, with both entire teams trying to kill eachother, theres random fire and random grenades everywhere. Don’t be surprised when youre accidently caught in the blast of a friendly grenade. Sorry for the rant, ive been booted 3 times in a row so far just because a teammate was accidently killed by my grenade on lockdown exile.

I know how you feel.

One of my first dominion games, there were two players (somebody and a guest) who felt the need to boot me after intentionally placing themselves in the way of one of my rockets, only to noticed that I had immediately jumped back into the same game because I was playing with a friend.

But hopefully differentiation between accidental and intentional betrayals will be fixed in the next halo or if they made it where players on the same team take reduced damage from teammates.

I think it would just be easier to remove friendly fire. Sure, that solution would come with its own problems but I think it would be better than what we have right now.

There should be no friendly fire at all in my opinion, just allows purposeful and accidental team killing.
