Betrayal booting in flood mode

Issue that needs to be addressed, being booted when unintentionally killing a teammate for the first time in Flood mode = needs to be fixed.

Not getting the option to boot a teammate when he deliberately kills you in Flood mode = also needs to be fixed.

couldn’t agree anymore more with you. Today this kid kept following me and killing me once i got into my hiding spot. after the 2nd game or so I killed him once and get booted. Out of the 6 times he killed me, it never once let me boot him… wtf?!?
