Even with the new bans i still find myself being betrayed for a power weapon atleast a couple times a day while playing big team battle. These people obviously aren’t getting the message from the lesser punishments and its super frustrating and demoralizing for people that want friendly co-operative team play. Please crank up the punishments and discourage these trolls.
But what about the Spike grenade? It’s like a mine that your teammate could easily step on.

I mean more specifically for people that team kill for power weapons and people that attack you first without you doing any damage to them(gernades excluded) Yes TK happens. I’m not going to pretend to know how but there has to be a way to detect the people tk’ing for power weapons and the instigators that just attack you with a spartan charge for no reason what so ever.
Nah forget increasing Punishment for Betrayal’s just remove friendly fire entirely. it will make it far better so the situation never has to happen. best to stop these things from happening in the first place then to have them happen and then punish the person doing it. with the person effected by it not being compensated. i had enough of the -Yoink- from reach of teammates getting all Pissy-wissy about me beating them to the sniper rifle so i they betray me for it. when Halo 4 rolled around i praised 343i for turning friendly fire off. that was one of the only good things from halo 4.
im level 45 and never got betrayed for a power weapon. removing FF? if thats ever gonna happen, its the last push to put halo away. FF is part of halo just like the BR and the AR.

FF has been with halo yes. but its not a essential to the franchise success or anything. it hurts the game more then it benefits.

Removing FF would be the logical step but they won’t. Because this new “BTB” is nothing like the ones before it. It is designed to be competitive just like the majority of H5 gameplay and whats always on in competitive gameplay? Friend Fire. So inlight of me feeling that they wont turn it of because, hey competitive, I feel the next step since we aren’t turning it off is giving legitimate punishments to people who FREQUENTLY(multiple times a day) TK for power weapons and TK when never having recieved damage from said player they betrayed. Sound good?

I’m a big believer in game immersion making games soooo much more fun and when you get betrayed for having a power weapon or just out right of nowhere, it completely destroys immersion, the mood and how much fun you might have been having if you where doing any sort of good. I’d love to see FF removed entirely.
