there was a beta. It’s called in-house testing where people don’t just play the game but actually make it better …
most games do this, all games have a beta but not all are for the public.
There won’t be a Beta but i want one though so i voted yes.
No planned Beta.
I know there was a private beta, but i was talking about a public beta
Anyone who said that there won’t be a Beta are partially wrong - There has already been a beta, but it was a closed beta playable only at RTX and such. There will however be no multiplayer/online beta of Halo 4 to download to your Xbox, or at least that is what is planned.
So if you didn’t go to RTX, then no beta for you until planned otherwise by the 343i devs.

No.
You are WAY late on this. 343 Industries have already confirmed that there would be an internal beta going on. Even if by miracle they changed their mind at this very moment, think of how long it would take to get a public beta up and running. That process would take a lot away from the time that they have left to polish the game.

A <mark>“True”</mark> fan is one who isn’t a 9 year old kid who post forums on Waypoint who can’t comprehend the background and the meaning of Halo. I grew up with CE and ended on Reach. I read the books and I have posters on my wall. And you sir think you can call me out just because of my love for Halo? you sir are ignorant.

But I agree with Nails, to be honest. There’s no such thing as a “true” fan. There may be fans who are more devoted than others, but that doesn’t make the less devoted ones “false” fans, nor the more devoted “true”.

Put simply, a fan is short for “fanatic”. So someone who just enjoys Halo is not really a fan. Someone who excessively indulges in Halo related goods would be a Halo fanatic.

A beta is supposed to get rid of bugs. You just want to play Halo 4. If they released a public beta, I doubt you would even mention a bug/problem, which is why a beta is released.
I do want one, but sadly there will Not be one, at least they stated they do not plan on one.
The only beta’s are the public playtests. Like RTX, comic con
