I have got 2 of 3 beta emblem…the “missing emblem” can be found wit the REQ packs?
The beta emblems are based on how far you got in the beta. Most people got 2 of 3.
The beta exclusives are not going to be in req packs since they are for beta testers if you’re missing one I’d go to 343 and send a ticket

Thats because it’s in-game. I mean, you cant unlock something that doesnt exist.

More than likely no. Exclusive to those who hit a certain level in beta. Thats just how it is.
