Hi everyone, I have a question about the unlockable armor for the beta such as the helioskrill armor. Even though I didn’t unlock them for the beta, if I meet the requirements for them will they unlock for Halo 5? Thanks
All armors gained from the MCC should appear in Halo 5 no matter when you unlocked it.

What he said but also I think all armors might be available to unlock in Halo 5 in case if you weren’t able to complete certain stuff like completing Halo MCC on legendary all campaigns to get Helioskrill

I hope so, me and my friend are going to plow threw all the campaigns on legendary, we would be disappointed if we didn’t get Helioskrill, I like that armor…

The rumor I heard at the time was that earning the Helioskrill armor was reserved for those who had the MCC Legendary campaigns beat during the time Beta was live. Not sure if there’s any truth to that, but that might put the Helioskrill armor on the level of Halo 3’s Recon.

Apologies, but can you tell me whether they (armor not achievements) had to be earned during the beta specific time period or can I still earn them?

I read the exact opposite of this, though I unfortunately cannot produce a source.
Basically I’d read that all the armor we unlocked, or would have unlocked in Halo 5 due to MCC will carry over to the full game.

So I assume that means I can earn the legend achievement and watch all the nightfall episodes now and receive it the armor in Halo 5?

IDK but Helioskrill look weird AF…I’ll be wearing Noble (Commando from Reach)…

What I heard is that all armor from the BETA is scrapped and will not carry forward. If this is true, then there are only two ways to have unlocked armor. One is through REQ packs, which is confirmed. Having armors unlocked in other ways, such as completing certain objectives, has not been unlocked yet. Meaning that we should either have to unlock all armors through REQ, or the same requirements that were in the BETA will be in the final game.
TL:DR
You should be able to unlock Helioskrill anytime in Halo 5’s lifetime, by beating the MCC campaigns on Legendary
