I have been playing the Halo 5 beta and noticed that the option for two players is not available. Is this a problem with the beta or is 2 player gameplay not included? Thanks in advance for clearing this up.
I asked this question in the support forum. Split-screen is not supported in the beta.

I am curious to why they didn’t offer support for this feature? My wife and I were excited to play the beta together but we can only take turns now.

Me and my women fought over joypad and we ended up playing CoD:AW. Very uncool start for new Halo…
Official version is that they’ll add 2 player split screen when start optimising graphics (right now it’s basic and ugly 720p and it’ll only get better from here). It actually could be somehow senseful, but remembering history of 343i screwing up split screen, it’s quite worrysome that they still haven’t worked on it.
