I’m REALLY really keen on getting that Noble Team emblem, but unfortunately I’m nowhere close. I’m roughly halfway through tier 4 of the commendation currently, but it seems to be going very slowly. I’ve also noticed a bit of inconsistency with it. I played a CTF game earlier where I killed enemies within a few feet of the flag and did not get a medal for it thus no commendation progress.
So is there any easier way to progress this commendation? Or is is just going to take a ton of time?

Is it killing while near the flag or killing enemies who are near the flag?

It’s the flag defense one, If I stand next to the flag or on it and kill it usually give me a medal. If the medals count for the commendation that should be all she wrote.
See I always thought it was killing enemies who were near the flag, not being near the flag myself and killing people away from it. Is that the way to do it?

I think so, but I’m not certain. Give it a try in your next match and let us know. I think it’s tied to the flag defense medal.

I finished it, pretty sure it’s kill an enemy who is near your flag. You don’t have to be. i think. It’s tough now that team arena seems to be about 50% slayer.

Yes, but that’s what’s very vague. Like I said, I’ve killed people within feet of the flag and not gotten anything for it.
I normally just grab a power weapon and hide near the flag. Fuel Rod on Truth, Rockets on Collesium, etc… but yea, it is taking forever.

So what specifically do you have to do for the commendation
To finish it, you need to kill an enemy player who is near your flag. This was a brutal commendation to finish. I played big team and would dashboard anytime i searched and got a game other than flag. I would fins a shotgun and camp the flag. It was a pretty unsportsmanlike way to get the medal, but it worked. Especially with flag not in the arena playlist (not sure if it has been updated recently, but back when i did it, big team was one of the only ways to get the flag gametype).
Im fairly certain killing a flag carrier and returning the flag also count?
