What is the best looking visor or hardest visor to find?
Legendary visor. Look at my guy. You’ll see it.
Rex, Gallows or Aurora
Legendary is my favorite, it just looks so awesome
I hear Rampant was very rare. I wish the visor’s actually cut glare. Stormbreak is very glary. 
Clockwork is awesome 
Mithral looks sick
Pendragon, Rex, Sluaugh, Unbreakable, Expedition, Secrets, Resolute, and Regnum are all very nice looking. Depending on how soon I can get my hands on Saturnine and Legendary, they might be added. ORANGE FOR THE WIN.
I think this is an opinion question but I like the Dynasty visor the most. It’s between that or Legendary, but I like Dynasty’s gold compared to Legendary.
As for hardest to get I suppose it could be any of the legendary visors.

Gungnir, Tracer, Pioneer, and Hellcat are the only four Helmets that don’t show any Visor. CIO, Tracker, and Argus show only small spots of the visor, rendering any polychromatic Visors monochromatic. The other 80+ Helms do show the Visor.

Unbreakable and Clockwork are the ones I use the most (I haven´t unlocked them all, though).
