I’m just curious on your thoughts for best tier for tier (best req for level 1 2 3 etc etc.)

I think OP is referring to REQ levels instead of rarity, so this thread should be fine.

If I am interpreting this correctly, my list would look like this:
Level 1: Storm Rifle
Level 2: Extended Magazine Magnum, Fury
Level 3: Gunfighter Magnum, Rain of Oblivion, Blissful Slumber, Razor’s Edge | Wasp
Level 4: Railgun, Whiplash, Void’s Tear, Blood of Suban, Blaze of Glory, H2 Battle Rifle | ONI Wasp, Ghost Ultra
Level 5: Rocket Launcher, Ad Victoriam, SPNKr, SPNKr EM, Arclight, Spartan Laser, ONI Chaingun | Hannibal Wasp
Level 6: High Five, SPNKr EX, H2 Beam Rifle Alpha, Jorge’s Chaingun, Endgame, CE Magnum | Tundra, Urban, and Woodland Mantises, Sword Banshee
Level 7: Nornfang, H2 Beam Rifle Delta, Selene’s Lance, SPNKr Prime | ONI Mantis, Hannibal Mantis, ONI Scorpion, Banshee Ultra, Temple Banshee
Level 8: Energy Bayonet SMG | Phaeton, Phaeton Helios, Hannibal Mantis

Couldn’t really choose a specific favorite from each, so, as you can see, it gets a little messy in there.
