just wondering how good everyone is with the mantis

Unfortunately, I have only had a best of 14-0 whilst piloting a Mantis thus far.
my friend got a 29 spree on Ragnarok playing CTF, thats because everybody was rushing the hill in the center while he was there didnt have the common sense to go around him -.-
Was funny to sit back and watch, then he got screwed by a kid throwing a lucky stick while flying over the man cannon with a jet pack combo, safe to say my mate was not happy XD
25 kill spree. sadly my best spree in h4. i prefer wraith and banshee to mantis

21-0 on Ragnarok BTB full game. Being in the red team behind the hill makes you allmost untouchable as long as you quickly destroy enemy vehicles. Also did another with like 17-0 or something like that. Easy way to get perfectionist.
Over an Invincible. Had to eject and get the Inconceivable on foot cause the Mantis was close to death. Got the perfection that game too: 37-0

yeah you can get a good streak going aslong as no one is trying to plasma pistol you all game
Well I’ve gona 34-0 with the mantis but I got an unfrigginebelivable with the tank on Exile 
I’m not sure on my best it’s not too bad though i think in the 20’s but i just seem to get a yoink load of assists with the mantis more than anything everyone seems to always get the final shot of first with the DMR before i get the kill.
Does anyone find that it is really hard to streak with the Mantis now due to so many people knowing how to jump on the back and either melee or grenade you? I was climbing in the one time and even before I had stood up there was someone hanging off the back.
Of course you can’t get out at that point because the game won’t let you and even stomping doesn’t damage the guy. Should give a 50/50 chance of shaking them off imho.
I had a JIP BTB slayer game once where I went 15-0 in the Mantis. The team I joined was losing when I joined the game, but needless to say we won.

yeah i hear ya. it pretty hard to get kills with the mantis due to the fact that everyone is out to get ya. plasma pistol ruines the mantis

I think I’ve gotten a Killing Frenzy or two out of the Mantis when the opposing team was stupid enough. But the Mantis never lasts long thanks to Plasma Pistol starts. Wheelman doesn’t help at all.
I seriously cannot wait for that big vehicle buff that everyone has been asking for… (or for them to remove Custom Loadouts from Big Team Battle, which would help considering nobod would be able to start with Plasma Pistols).
