I’ve been wondering who is the best Spartan not including the amount of “luck” they have I have Hurd that maby Kurt is the best.

Halsey said John was best, and her opinion is good enough for me. Although it is a bit weird that he’s the only hyper-lethal one, even though others are better at certain stuff than him.
