The most effective method to unlock this armor set is to max out the req pool as quickly and efficiently as possible. This is done by spending minimizing the amount of req points you need to spend to unlock each individual permanent req card.
Before we start with this process, we need to know some basic information about the req packs.
Silver Pack => 2 permanent cards at Common to Rare rarity for 5000 RP
Gold Pack => 2 permanent cards at Uncommon to Legendary rarity for 10000 RP
As it can be noted, the Silver Packs gets double the amount of permanent req cords per req point spend. As the Fotus armor is a Legendary item, the main things that needs to be considered is that it cannot be obtained from the Silver Packs. However, the Silver Packs will act as an efficient tool to empty the req pool from Uncommon and Rare req cards which in turn means that you can dedicate the much more expensive Gold Packs on only unlocking Ultra Rare and Legendary cards.
