Team Rockets from H3 social slayer. Teammate walks in front of my rocket off the start and I betray all teammates at once including myself.

it happens very often this kind of event, but I do not have a clip to show it to you.
I don’t have a clip, unfortunately. It was a long time ago when I think I was like in my 30s or 40s. I was driving a Ghost around, I already accidentally splattered two teammates. A sniper was shooting at me then he headshotted me and my lifeless ghost splattered two teammates. Needless to say I got kicked.
Threw down a splinter grenade on the Blue Rocket Ramp on Coliseum to ensure our team would gain the rocket launcher, teammate walks through and is killed by the splinters

Well I have two completely different ones but no clips because they are very very old
There was a time where someone was hijacking my team’s Warthog on Fractured. I shot them off with a Railgun, only to blow up the Warthog and two of my teammates in the process.

One where I was messing around with Ground pound after a Halo 5 hiatus. Compleatly forgot how to cancel GP after my target got beat down, ended up flattening one of my team mates and stripping another of his shields resulting in his death. Immediatey sent I message with my sincerest apologies. Felt so bad about it.
I don’t have a clip but one time I was in Warzone and was on blue team and I saw a guy with a Nornfang and I thought he was on red team so I spartan charged him off a cliff.

I accidentally killed all 7 of my teammates in Halo 2 once. Was on Zanzibar in an assault match. The bomb guy came in to plant. I threw one grenade. It killed one enemy and seven teammates. Shockingly I did not get booted. What a moment that was lol.
One time in halo reach In the a game with a hacker his gamer tag was Brony Clop on the map spire and he made it so whenever you threw a grenade that it would be warthog but instead of the turret it had the gun of the wraith. I threw a grenade and it splattered my own teammate. It is on my Halo reach File share.
Best in oddball I spartan charged my own teammate. Worst grifball
Worst betrayal done to me: I got cross map stuck by a plasma grenade on Truth whilst I was crouching with camouflaged.
Worst betrayal I’ve done: Snipltaneous on my team mates when trying to snap shot the enemy …
On Halo 2 I crossed mapped a team-mate who was near a explosive barrel with my Pocket nuke accidentally, messaged the guy apologizing as well cause I felt bad 
Joking I didn’t feel bad since I was laughing till I lost my voice after it
Slayer. Pegasus II. We are up a good amount of kills. I’m in second place, guy in first is dominating with the sniper, and has a perfection so far.
I have a shotgun and am peaking around a corner. I hear footsteps behind me. Being the idiot that I am, not checking my radar, I boost back and shoot my shotgun. I kill a spartan, but not an enemy, I got a betrayal. I then realize it was the guy in first place. He goes into the team chat and he is fuming. He cussed me out like a drunken sailor. He kills me back about twice, and leaves the match. The match ends, and we still somehow win. I felt so guilty.
