I think when your getting matched up with played you get to look at there profile card which shows their best stuff they have done in halo from how many perfection a the player did to how many flawless breakout matches they did . This should allow players to see how good each player is before the match starrsa

Something like Reach did, although it only showed the best spree’s and K/D. I think they also had the most earned medal displayed too.
It would be neat to have your top three medals on your stats page in game. Hell, being able to view another player’s stats in the lobby would be nice. Alas, this terrible UI prevents us from even muting noisy players.
