Best Late Game Loadout Weapons (WZ)

I was wondering what you guys do for loadouts late game. Assuming late game is Level 7+ REQs. Typically I roll with the energy bayonet DMR and laser sight AR. I used to use the SMG but it honestly feels like its useless. Even in close range it takes like the whole mag to kill someone.

I tend to go for a Sentinel DMR with laser sight for the most accuracy at range, and a Projection SMG with a Bayonet quick kills at close range. I also always use Advanced Thrusters all game as soon as I get them.

Sentinel BR / DMR and Energy Bayonet AR is a solid build for me, though sometimes I’ll swap out the AR with the Tactical Magnum. Upgraded Shields is excellent for tanking more shots, and Wheelman is a necessity if I’m taking out a vehicle.

H2BR & DMR for the remainder of the game usually with grenidier on until the snipers come out, then upgraded shields. I keep it simple.

I go with Longshot BR with Laser Sight and Longshot/Sentinel BR with Long Barrel attachment as my secondary. Tend to swap my secondary out for the DMR with Long Barrel attachment if the situation allows for it. Poor Man’s sniper setup :smiley:

I like using a Sentinal BR with Laser as my primary (or the DMR as well with the same attachments) and a Longshot AR with Laser as my secondary. Laser provides really high accuracy and aim assist. Sentinal and Longshot sights are very accurate as well.

BR/DMR have almost Sniper range with these attachments, and the AR can be used in either close quarters or longer ranges (or for suppression). For Armor Mod I use Advanced Thrusters if I am on the move, Upgraded Shields if I am stationary, and Wheelman whenever a vehicle is being used.

I usually stop caring after I have the gunfighter mag and the h2 br.
When using the gunfighter I like to have the patrol case so it can last as long as every other load out.

Late Game - For Loadout - H2BR and Energy Bayonet SMG using Advanced Sensors. I’m always attacking bases and bosses, never defending until its absolutely necessary to prevent a base capture, so i never use the sentinel, longshot BRs and DMRs, those are really only effective at long distances and minimal movement.

If I forget to change to SMG i’m using the kinetic assault rifle - melts vehicles and players way faster than the normal assault rifle

H2BR and sentinel DMR with kinetic bolts. Grenadier armor mod. Can’t say it does me any favors though! Usually camp out in garage 2nd floor on noctus and DMR people on the monument. Usually good for 5 or 6 late game kills as they aren’t necessarily paying attention to people out at the bases.

So your go-to late-game load out is a level 3 armor mod, level 2 pistol, and level 5 rifle?

I would advise you try some of the higher level weapons/mods late game. I doubt you’ll take that advice though…

Most people seem to like the bayonet attachment. I think the best weapons are probably some combination of the H2 BR/Laser Sight Sentinel DMR combined with an AR with the bayonet.

Depends completely on the game.

Could be a bayonet SMG and Laser DMR
Or a Silenced DMR with a H2BR

I tested all the loadouts and mods out in firefight, turbo and fiesta but in the heat of the moment going through all those variants gets pretty tiresome, the gunfighter mag is the most fun loadout so that’s never going away along with patrol case to support it but I could try relying on more level 7 and 8 DRM variants that aren’t bayonets.

You should also try and experiment with different builds.

Like a stealth build for example. Sound dampener BR, or any silenced BR/DMR, and advanced sensors for example. This build let’s you wreak havoc on enemy bases. Whispered Truth is super on this build too.

Or close-range tank. Bayonet SMG, H2BR, and either one of Medic (decreased shield cool down timer) or Upgraded Shields. This gets real fun with Oathsworn or Blaze of Glory.

After a couple years trying out new styles can add some nice variety every now and then.

Weapons:
DMR with Sound Dampener, Laser Sight or Bayonet
SMG/BR/AR with Bayonet or Sound Dampener
Halo 2 BR

Armor Mod:
Advanced Sensors

I use this combinations because I like to sneak in the enemy bases or play in stealth mode lol

I used to run with the sentinel silence DMR, Bayonet sentinel BR, and enhanced sensors in late game wz. Since the req level/weapon tuning changes I haven’t really found a set up I like in the same way.

I don’t play much Warzone, but when I do what I choose for my late game loadout is often dependent on the role…

Standard: Probably my typical loadout as an infantry player.

  • Sentinel/Longshot DMR w/ Laser Targeter + Sentinel/Longshot H5BR w/ Bayonet + Upgraded Shields or Advanced Sensors or Upgraded ThrustersStealth: Often times I’ll pair this with an Active Camo. Might even equip a Whispered Truth or Prophet’s Bane in rare cases.

  • DMR w/ Dampener + Sentinel or Longshot BR w/ Bayonet + Advanced Sensors or Upgraded Shields or Patrol CaseCQC: Most likely to equip a 1-hit kill REQ item like a Shotgun, Sword, Hammer, etc. that’s useful in close quarters.

  • Sentinel/Longshot H5BR w/ Bayonet + Longshot AR w/ Laser Targeter + Upgraded Shields or Advanced Sensors or Upgraded ThrustersMarksman: Most likely to equip a Sniper of some sort, but if not I may select Patrol Case when I know I’m not going to be positioned near a REQ station.

  • Sentinel/Longshot DMR w/ Laser Targeter + Sentinel/Longshot H5BR w/ Laser Targeter + Patrol Case or Advanced Sensors or Upgraded ShieldsVehicular Defensive: Most likely to use a variant of a Spartan Laser, Plasma Pistol, Rocket Launcher, Hydra Launcher, or Railgun instead of two loadout options.

  • Sentinel DMR w/ Kinetic Bullets + Recon/Projection SMG w/ Kinetic Bullets or Longshot AR w/ Kinetic Bullets or Sentinel/Longshot H5BR w/ Kinetic Bullets + Patrol Case or Upgraded Thrusters or Upgraded Shields or Wheelman (in case of hijacking) or Splinter Grenade Expert (highly unlikely)Vehicular Offensive: Weapon loadout doesn’t matter too much beyond the Armor Mod which is critical because I’m either calling in a vehicle or I know I’m going to be a passenger.

  • Sentinel/Longshot H5BR w/ Bayonet + Longshot AR w/ Laser Targeter + WheelmanIn many cases I may substitute one of the loadout weapons for a REQ item if a particular scenario demands it.

Stealth is always a good option!
