Which halo in your opinion is the best halo, and explain why.
The best Halo. This is a hard question. As I love all the Halo’s, except for Halo 5. For me, it depends on which Halo I’m in the mood for. I also go through phases of certain Halo games. Like for 2 weeks I was leaning more towards Halo CE then the next week I was leaning more towards Halo 3. So it is really hard to just come to one Halo. However Halo 2 has always been that game for me, hopefully that made sense.
Campaign: Reach. I played it before i read Fall of Reach so i was able to appreciate the amazing story without feeling butthurt about inconsistencies.
Multiplayer: Halo 5. With the Spartan abilities I finally feel like im playing a Spartan that I’ve read about. Fast, brutal and tactical.
Campaign: reach and halo 2 trapped me with the history, i very liked it. But if i talk about the gameplay, i like halo 3 campaign, because it’s explosions and the chaos, the battles with the scarabs and the escapes of the flood turn me on… ok no like that but you get
Multiplayer: halo 5’s mp is brutal, i mean, is fast, tactic and lethal, which a like very much. Althought halo 3 hasn’t have the sprint and thurst (not even the iron sights) i enjoyed it’s mp a lot, as i said with the campaign, is chaotic, very rushable, but also strategic
Forge: lol halo 5 or halo 2 anniversary i don’t care about forge, i just like it
I conclude with halo 3 as the best halo, followed by it’s nostalgic multiplayer and great history, halo 2, then followed by it’s sad history and awesome firefight, halo reach

All and all, Halo 3.
One of the best campaign (right there with CE) and the best multiplayer in video game history, period. No -Yoink- sprint, thrusters, spartan charge, ground pound, and instead, only rare, well balanced pickup items. When you died, it was mostly because of the skills of the opponents, not because of cheap, annoying and childish gimmicks like shoulder charge and ground pound.
In Halo, sometimes less is more, I’m talking to you, 343.
