Im pretty partial to the “We are ODST” trailer for ODST. The music, the look, very much Halo.

Easy. Halo 3 E3 Announcement trailer. Nothing comes close. It is perfection in every possible way.
Honorable mentions: starry night, Halo 2 “there are those that said this day would never come” TV spot, fall or reach, all of the live action Halo 3 stuff.
