I plan on getting halo 5 very soon and want to go ultra try hard. I own every single halo game besides 5 and was wondering which game is most similar to halo 5 in terms of skill. That way when i get halo i will be very good right from the start and can go for a good K.D and high win loss ( I will play with my friends or get some that are good because mine are not).
Side question is the limited edition worth the extra money or should i just get the standard (not talking about the statue edition)
In truth H5 MM is almost like nothing. Everything in it is faster. No matter what halo you play it all
changes in 5. I suggest just getting H5 and getting use to it. Not practicing on a slower paced game

Is there a game mode in halo 5 that allows me to get significantly better before playing against real players? Like i said i want a really high KD (above 2) and a high win loss ratio (above 2 as well).
I agree, but if you haven’t played the other Halo games, you should play them. Otherwise your missing out on a lot of action. Start with Reach first if you can. Then start MCC.

Oh mis read your question. Fire fight comes out the end of the month. That’s tje only mode you can practice in other then campaign
Play call of duty if you want to be good at halo 5 LOL.
But seriously halo 4 would be the game to play since it’s so similar to halo 5.
This is what i have so far
1 play halo 4 because it is the closest similar, but not really since halo 5 is faster
2 wait till till the end of the month to get the game because there is no real practice mode

While it didn’t require skill the game to play would be H4 and use thrusters. It has the closest mechanics to H5 and honestly that is the best way to prepare for it. The older Halos play nothing like H5 really.
Play H4 with thruster pack. That’s the closest you’ll get to H5. And go with the basic edition. It’s all you need.

Either 3 or 4 probably 4. CE and 2 are in a different class of their own in terms of skill.

Halo 4 BTB Heavies can prep you for Warzone, and a LOT of SWAT might help with fast-paced Arena, but seriously, just play it for the fun of it. It’s much better that way.
