best grenade limit

how much do you think is the best? 2,3 or 4?
and why
i personally like 2 so people dont stand in hallways and spam them

2 grenades of each type is the best. You can kill enemys with them but it doesn’t turn into 5 minutes of constant nade-spamming.

2 I don’t want anymore than that as you stated grenade spamming wouldn’t be a fun multiplayer match.

I’d kind of like to see 3 or 4 of each variety come back, but I like grenades.

Two for multiplayer, but I’d be very happy to have four in campaign. Very helpful on higher difficulties.

Having 2 grenades always felt right to me. I’m going to have to go with just having 2 nades.

3 for frags, 2 for plasma, 1 for pulse

In campaign I would say 3 of each and for mp I will agree with you and say 2

4 across the board is fine by me. HCE style.

4x Frags
4x Stickies
4x Splinter
4x Pulse
4x Spikes
4x Incindiaries

Double in. That would be so much awesome, so much chaos.

That reminds me too, as much fun as it is to face mask someone with plasmas, it was just as fun to see someone with a spike nade sticking out of their head! Maybe we’ll get those back with the Banished for H6!

I was just about to say this! Two makes for very balanced multiplayer, but isn’t enough for campaign. At the very least, the armor mods that enable you to carry a third grenade should let you carry four (assuming armor mods return in future installments).

I think two is the best and three would be the max. With three, it’s already a pain trying to toggle between grenades when you’re in a fight. I basically have to scroll right only on the D-pad because trying to switch left while using the controller stick is really awkward.

2 grenades. Starting every engagement by having both sides chuck 4 grenades from behind cover is boring and slows the game down.

Considering the vast variety of grenades in the Halo universe, 2 seems more than enough to delve out some explosive justice.
