Just do a Co-Op mission, which i believe, the fastest one is chapter 2 on Vortex. However, you have to finish more than 8 mins. or else you will not be rewarded full credit.

If it’s xp you’re looking for just play online and get about 7,000 xp per game. Or if you mean that you’re trying to get enemy kill commendations I’ve made a chart that details the amounts of each enemy in each chapter as well as some other helpful hints. Also I usually update the stats about 2 days after a new Spops episode comes out.
