Title says it all.
I had a pretty decent amount of success these two builds in 1v1:
Fast tech into infantry/vehicles:
Gen>upgrade gen> Harvester> Harvester> Harvester> mini with war council> gen> upgrade gen.
when I do this build, I like to have 2 points in the conduit of rage and have the arbiter upgraded to where his Y ability gets the conduit bonus before I attack.
Enforcer rush:
Harvester>upgrade harvester> generator> Harvester> upgrade gen> grab mini> raid camp on last 2 pads on main> harvester on mini. Double pump enforcers and throw in a grunt here and there. I like to teleport to a base, so the conduit of rage activates. Bases just melt against that.
This was before the most recent patch so take everything with a grain of salt. I doubt either of these builds will do well against a Forge player but then again what build does.

Energy- upgrade when get the chance. Que minibase
Supply
Supply- build war council on minibase. Que another minibase
Second minibase- raid camp. Build Arbiter at council, and start pumping elite enforcers. The more the merrier. Take more minibuses to increase production.
Alternatively, don’t even get Arby and just go straight into raid camp. I just like the arbiter though, lol.
