Hey, I was wonder if it’s just me or its the whole community because I got all the points I needed for Point Guard and got that it counted as 1/2 progress. Then I won all my 25 competitive games but on the last one, my game crashed due to alt-tabbing. I have both challenges complete but it only gave me 1/2 progress towards Best at Both challenge. Can someone help me, I really wanted the heroic sword and shield and ended up getting scammed. GT: Hyperlightt

You probably want to post this in the Support forum for community input, but the issue is probably one of tracking. Have you tried playing another comp game to see if that nudges it?
Only option is to raise a ticket on the support site: https://support.halowaypoint.com/https://support.halowaypoint.com/
If the game crashed it may not have registered as a win so you may have to play another game. I would reset the computer first or what ever to try and ensure it won’t crash again.

Yea I’ve already one comp game after it happened still didn’t give it to me. Thanks for leading me in the right direction tho

Already won another comp game and it happened 2 days ago I thought I might fix itself over the reset but it didn’t.
Hey, I’ve had the same problem happen to me.
I created a ticket for the issue but support hasn’t figured out how to help yet.

I have also had the same problem for days, I have already restarted my console and have played matchs and still the challenge does not unlock for me
Still not fixed. Both challenges are completed but says 1 out of 2 complete. Please fix this!
I have this same exact issue. Reported it to the proper channels and was told there’s nothing they can do at this moment. They also told me the issue MIGHT fix itself with an update. Nothing concrete, and no solution. The challenge is still bugged even after winning multiple ranked matches and completing other challenges.
have the same problem, already created a ticket for it, still no solution, the challenge thad did not track is the winning 25 ranked games, thing I have tried, reseted the console, win LOT of ranked game every week, + in diferent xbox systems, Xbox Series X and Xbox One X, I play MCC daily and still no fix for me, have been like that for more than a month

Dude this happened to me backwards. Like…I had the 25 winds registered but the “headshot” ones never registered. And Same NO ANSWER…I already tried many times many tickets and no update at all…I mean you guys give aways bunch of emblems, IDS and crap, and why not jist help us out with this? I mean we deserve a better reward for season 7 then??
