What is/are the best assassination/assassinations you have done to another player during custom games, slayer, etc? Today, I was playing a map call Halloween 4 with gametype Mike Myers on a custom game with some random people that were playing with my friend. During the game, one guy told me to jump on the fence using the rock as a platform and then jump on the edge of the house. After I did this, another guy fails to get on the fence and goes behind it into the timed kill zone. Just then, the zombie/Mike Myers come out of the house thinking he could wait for the guy to come back for a kill. Thankfully, he is going slow due to the gametype so I jump down and I do a neck break assassination. It was hilarious.
Mine are the Spartan on elite assassinations. My personal favorite is the one done on an elite in mid air. It feels like a hijack for some reason.
Spartan-Elite assassinations, especially the ones where you knock them down and stab them in the throat.

I have also assassinated a couple people in Grifball. I actually wasn’t killed afterward most of the time. It is so funny when that happens.
I have pulled this off twice, but with a sword a spartan grabs an elites arm, pulls him foward, and swings the sword into the elites stomach.
During a slayer game, my teammate got sword-blocked and was about to die from concentrated fire from two enemies. I used the concussion rifle to kill the guy who sword-blocked him (this had the unfortunate side-effect of killing him as well, but he was going to die anyways). The guy’s teammate was behind me and I ran forward, off a ledge and backed up. The guy chased me off and landed in front of me. He promptly received a knife to the chest.
I also have another while playing an Invasion game where three Spartans were sitting on the core. I walked up while cloaked, tossed a sticky at their feet and killed two. The third backed up in panic and I assassinated him. This led to overtime and to our team winning the game.
I love the spartan-elite one where you stab them in the face, then drag them on the floor.
Some poor soul was camping with the sword on Countdown. He was crouching on the bridge where the sword spawns, right outside one of those twin airlifts that take you up to the sword spawn bridge. I tried to get rid of him with grenades, but he liked his armor lock early and often. He stayed back on that bridge, waiting for me to come through the little chamber so he could chop me up.
Instead, I hopped up on the railing and cut the corner on the inside, getting just enough distance to lodge a knife in his inviting dorsal region. You should have heard his cries! as he frantically clutched at the left bumper on his controller, vainly endeavoring to reactivate his armor lock as I serrated all hope from his yellow bellied carcass!
What about custom games? I almost assassinated one person during a battle lasers game. I got off my mongoose quickly and ran right next to the yellow team vehicle when they drove by. I pressed x and hijacked their vehicle until it kicked me off. I tried to get one of them but failed. They blew me up later on. Big fail but was nice to actually get them off their own vehicle.
I always love falling off of something and getting the assassination. It makes me feel like a super ninja!
Elite drop kick assassination in Invasion.
I have never tried a drop down assassination on the top of Spire. I have seen other lucky people do it though.
