Stand against those who have been perverting and twisting the image and purpose of clans and milsims and tarnishing their value by manipulating others and promoting the ignorance that plagues many communities not just limited to Halo.
To expose and disavow those who are unfit call themselves a “leader” or “milsim” .
To stand against the ill-intentions, deceit, immaturity, ignorance and childish games that these so-called “leaders” have adopted as parts of their persona.
To me, to us, skill is irrelevant.
It is the good times that we want for.
Our core values, being that of loyalty, faith, trust, wisdom, spirit and the drive to better oneself are a cornerstone in this organization.
10 soldiers who possess those qualities are invaluable and at that, worth so much more than ten times as many people who are perfect shots.

Those who wish to join our ranks must go through a vetting procedure which takes no set length of time.
The purpose of this procedure is to confirm whether you are or are not fit to bear our symbol or be called a Beretta Agent.
We have a Conditioning Program that is like Basic Training, but is more of a test or recap of what you already know.
Before you think to yourself “Oh great, more rock climbing,” That is not what we have in mind. Pointless excercises are for the purpose of making instructors over-value themselves. This is not welcome here. If you learn something or are shown something here, it is because it has relevance and/or some degree of importance.
At times you will find yourself challenged, feeling defeated and actually being so. It happens, many times.
Everyone knows this, but as far as leaders go, how it is dealt with is what makes the ultimate difference.
Will you back down? Will you give up? Will you keep going?
Some have their men run laps, berate them, scold them and even demote or terminate them.
But not us. If you join us, you are here to do better for yourself.
Here you will find encouragement, friends, good times and will never be faulted for falling short.
Improving something or someone, especially yourself, takes time.
Your goals take time and above all patience. When you train you will become better. When you become better, you will achieve victory.
Victory through patience is not our motto because it sounds cool. Unlike many groups out there, we have a purpose and so do you.
We have a rank system, chain of command, MOS, leadership positions and will commission an architecture team in the future.
We have many activities but not many members.
