Hi, I started playing Halo 5 since the beginning of January and I want to know how do I get the achievement, is it the same as it always has been or are there some steps that I need to do in order to get the achievement?
The same requirements still stand. Just spectate a player in your friends list or recent players list and you should get the achievement.

oh ok, tho it’s hard for me especially since a few or a couple of my friends aren’t playing any Halo 5 games

Just use the recent players list and spectate anyone of them. That’s how I got mine.

I have same issue no friends play tried recent players but the rubbish game won’t update the list so the Benchwarmer achievement is unotainable thanks to the idiots at 343.
