Many of my friends, including myself, struggle with being reported from playing halo 5. For a while, I thought it was because my friends wouldn’t always blow up the core in warzone. However, when Warzone Turbo came out last time, we decided to hard core quick core. We assigned everyone roles and made our objective to finish every game as fast as possible, no matter what kinds of reqs we had to use. We finished most games in less than 2 minutes. However, we’ve never been reported more on Halo 5 than when we did this. All of my friends’ (and my) reputations needed work, and many were red repped after it was all said and done. It seems like no matter how you decide to play the game, you’ll get reported no matter what. What do you think? Am I missing something?
Edit: I’ve reached my post cap for the day, so I can’t respond to the people attacking me. I realized I can edit, though. Someone called me out and said I farmed them one game, so my post is a lie. Out of about 100 games, we didn’t quick core once or twice for various reasons. Every other game, we did. You can look at the game history if you’re that interested. This doesnt, however, change the point or truth of my post.

^ was about to say that myself. There’s nothing unsporting about quick-coring; it’s simply a case of steamrolling the other team. If you can’t clog/halt the grinder, that’s on you.
Dragging the game out and not coring is more of an issue, really.
I don’t know why people reported you for capturing the core quickly. That doesn’t make sense. Unless they hoped doing so would mean they avoided matching up with you and your effective team again. If so, it’s a misuse of the reporting system.
They should avoid you for being too skilled (which shouldn’t affect your rep) if that’s still an option (not sure if it is).

Don’t think it is an option anymore. I’m not even sure if blocking somebody prevents you from matching with them again.

i dont farm either, but i do get reported for god knows what. since im playing halo 5 it spiked up. ms should really adress this issue.

It’s because you’re preventing people from farming, and apparently that’s a big no no? And I suppose some people might be upset that they spawned a high level REQ, only to have the game end quickly.
Honestly, kudos to you for being able to win so quickly! That’s quite a feat!
Im not saying it is right or wrong but most people dont take too kindly to getting run over. Id agree the system is flawed tho

You don’t know who reported you or for which match if you are getting significant amounts of reports you are likely engaging in negative behavior. Quick coring is fine, farming is not.
There are false reports I have about 7 negative reports on my account at the moment for either cheating (which I wouldn’t do even if I had the capability) or voice communication (which is funny since i don’t use a mic or Kinect.) My rep is still green, you would have to get an awful lot of reports to go red. I do not see that many people false reporting you or your mates. Particularly with the fact that reporting people takes time and effort.
After a match of breakout, I got a message from a guy saying “reported”

People take this game too seriously and seem to very report happy these days, it’s becoming a joke and really people need to wise up its just a video game.
