Being kicked from multiplayer game after 40 second

Hi

My son loves Halo Masterchief Collection but unfortunately when he plays the multiplayer function where you play against 100’s of spartans, (Red and Blue teams). After selecting “Multiplayer”, he selects Halo 4 and after about 40 seconds it kicks him from the game stating “Victory Complete” but he has only just started the game. We have checked our internet connection which is fine, thought it might have been the server but then the game wouldn’t play at all. Can anyone give us any ideas on how to fix this or let us know why it does this. Thanks

I get the exact same issue. Did you ever resolve it?

Done that twice already, Cleared Cache, port forwarded router, reset router… Still no luck. Dunno about the original poster but mine (6 months after release) is still broken. Any other tips?

How about problems with any other ‘in-game’ features. Does online play work? Campaign? Co-op?
