I have been banned from matchmaking in Halo 5…
I feel sad now cause I have not been doing anything wrong. I feel like this is happening because halo doesn’t close correctly… After I finish playing Halo I close it for better wi-if support or shut smdown my Xbox… the next day I am in time out and says “Wake up John.” And now I am banned in matchmaking… please can someone give me advice and/or have 343 look into this…
This would probably be a better place to post this. I’ve never heard of anyone having a problem like that before.
I’m pretty sure you can only be banned for stuff you’ve done in-game, like excessive quitting or being consistently AFK. Do you do this stuff on a regular basis?
