So recently I have bought halo 5 guardians to play with a couple of buddies, and join their clan. However, due to me being banned multiple times resulting in a 24 hour ban,and I finish my games but at the end it always crashes or freezes causing me to restart my game and resulting in a ban. I understand the strict ban policy and I agree those who cannot stay in a match should be banned,but I think it’s unfair to the people who have stayed in the game regardless if their winning or losing to be banned at the end of a match. I hope this problem is resolved soon because Halo 5 is beginning to be unplayable.
There is a ban thread in the support section. I recommend ethernet with an open nat. Going wired solved most disconnects for me.
