Lets give each player an introduction to each other, where it says name, lvl, and shows us their spartan.

This is an example i made, imagine this is a 1v1 in matchmaking and before the game starts this picture shows up. FuRippin … Versus … ZCyruz … With some cool background music, just like tekken for example.

And after the game is done we can do another animation where the looser team gets pushed out of the picture and the winner team gets some cool winner music, and applaud. It will also show in some kind of way that the team that is the winner team get’s a big title over the picture where it says winner or something.

That sounds very cool. Everyone’s spartan would be in an epic pose, one that the player would have to set up themselves though.

Well, the foreseeable problem with that is people choosing random stuff they did in forge, like spelling profanity and stuff of that sort. Would could we do…

True, i believe it would be too hard to ban stuff like that too, so we’ll stick to you idea where you could put your spartan in epic poses.

The pre-game lobby’s there for you to ogle at your opponents armour, name and level if you really want to. It’s bad enough in Reach there’s a 10 second or something delay where you just need to wait once the game’s already loaded. I personally prefer 1/2/3’s system where once everyone connects the game just starts. No unnecessary waiting times.

And tbh, I think this idea is a bit silly. No offense intended.

Well, it would only take two or three seconds. It would slide in, and slide out. Or this could be shown up when the games load for example, and you would always find some place to fit in the Veto system. This would also look very good in the MLG tournaments.

Seems kind of pointless. The halo pregame lobbys are pretty clean it would just make it look cheesy and take too long to introduce everyone.

I could see it working. Like, the winning team poses on everyone’s screen for a couple seconds after the game’s over.

Or maybe they could just pose in a little window in the post-carnage report, kind of like what they do already with MVP.
