I had 4 fotus codes to start. Used one, traded one successfully, and just got scammed outta one. Leaving me with only one remaining. Sadface.

The fotus codes are the ones which came with the console, either he brought 4 consoles which is highly unlikely, spent $1000 on ebay to get them also highly unlikely, or pre ordered so many copies of halo to trade the pre order bonus he had for them also highly unlikely, so i would like enlightening on how he got so many?

Family owned business. The codes I took were from unopened consoles. Law dictates that we cannot sell an item we bought from a customer as new. It has to be from a licensed dealer. So, we took the contents and are selling the pieces separately. There are actually many different codes on the shelf. Fotus for $10. Most others for less. I keep telling my dad to just ebay the codes, but he wouldn’t want to listen to me! lol. At least he gave me some!

Can’t you guys find some trusted third party? I’m fairly sure if you redeem a code on your Xbox it asks you to confirm if it’s the right item before you download it. So a third party can see if the code works and then give you both the codes simultaneously.

Idk. People here are just being rude, assuming the worst. The Halo community used to be nicer.
Anyways, I pretty much have all the codes for the game. Only missing CIO web armor, deadeye, (even though its on the shelf, he wont let me have it. lol) and the Gungnir? one that looks like a bullseye. idk what its called.

I can hardly find a trusted second party, much less a third. I’m likely just gonna Ebay, and hope to find a buyer. I just have never used Ebay. Thats the real point of this thread. To ask if Ebay is good for this. But instead, everyone just insults me, and assumes I am a thief or something.
