As a disclaimer I never quit unless I get lagged out in any game. Halo or Destiny. I have a 95% match completion rate in Halo 4 and the other 5% is me getting lagged out. That’s out of 3500+ games. The only problem I have with this game is that I’ve been randomly pulled from 15+ matches already!! I keep getting the same message that my fireteam has changed and I’m being returned to the main menu. I don’t understand what that means. Especially since it says that I’m in the same fireteam I got kicked from. And today I got temp banned for quitting I assume, since I haven’t team killed at all or afk’d. Any help would be appreciated because I don’t want to get banned again. I am playing on my university internet right now so that might be most of the problem
I encounter the same problem, 343 said they are aware of the problem and are working on it, and as of now I don’t think there really is anything we can do about it.
Wow, they launch their game beautifully, then have a massive fail by making the Ban Hammer way too big! WTF!
Nothing ever get’s done right anymore. 
Same issue, among others. I wouldn’t say that the launch was successful. I haven’t been able to play online or co-op with friends at all since launch. Would love an update.
Having the very same problem time and time again always after about 3-5 games in a row it kicks me either mid match or before.
I got kicked for betraying someone! But the same guy walked in front of my ground pound twice in a fricken row! Bad luck! Its just not fair!
Update its June 2016 and this issue is still occurring I just got a 3 hour ban after a 20 minute ban and an hour ban because I kept getting kicked out of a fireteam for what I’m guessing is connection issues bc I don’t quit or kill other teammates either
