Good day,
i have just been banned for the 4th time from arena play. This ban came after I had played a full game of free for all. I play without a mic so I was not saying anything bad to other players. I played the game full on through and came in second. When game finished it informed me I was banned for over 2 days. This is 4th ban now, and I had just got off my previous ban which was 1 day and occurred after I played a full game without a mic and without betraying teammates or anything. I contacted Xbox support and there is no suspension or issues with my account. I have had every halo since the first one. I do not break the rules of conduct and do nothing but play. Can someone please help me fix this as I am not sure why I continue to get banned, and more specifically this most previous 2 day ban.
