So I have not been on Reach since before 343 took over and I have a few questions.
What is the cR cap now? Is it still at 120,000 cR?
What are the rules regarding the custom challenges? Is it ok to do something like running the target locator checkpoint to complete custom challenges or is this against 343’s CoC?
Basically I’m curious if 343 takes a different stance regarding anything related to the Code of Conduct than Bungie did.

The cR cap is now 200,000
I probably wouldn’t use a glitch to complete the custom challenges.
